OTP Mentors are experienced TED Translators who volunteer to act as mentors to new TED Translators. They meet the following criteria:
- They have substantial experience in translating for TED.
- They undertake to give and receive constructive feedback.
OTP Mentors are not appointed by the TED Team, they volunteer for the job. If you want to do the same, just add the words [[Category:YourLanguage OTP Mentors]], where YourLanguage is the name of your own language , to your profile page. But please don't do so unless you are comfortable that you meet the criteria. You may find the second one more difficult than the first one.
