Volodymyr received his engineering diploma from Sumy state Univesity in 1996th and after 2 years practise of engineering continued his learning in Ukrainian Academy of Banking. In 1999th he started his job as a project Engineeer for Kraft Foods company, where he developed and implemented number of investment projects. In 2000th he was promoted to Utilites Manager. Volodymyr pushed implementation of new technologies in fields of energy saving, safety and environment. His achievements was reduced energy consumption of plant, environmental footprint and implementation of best practices of equipment maintenance. From 2010th since 1015th he was an Engineering Supervisor, where he devloped and implemented complex invetstment projectes, such as construction of Biscuits plant, Constructyion of Nitrogen supply staition, Ammonia refrigeration plant upgrade, etc.
