Babel template

Hello Aditya, I think wikipedia's Babel template would add great value to our wiki. I don't have import privileges, so it would be very cumbersome for me to copy all the (nested) templates needed. But I think you could do this in an easier way, as an admin. Is that a correct assumption?

I also posted this as a Proposal at the Village Pump.
