Where to start in the OTP? Guides

Check out the OTP Learning Series and the Getting Started section on TED.com. Also check out one of the two essential guides How to tackle a translation and How to tackle a transcript. Some time later, once you have gained enough experience to review other translators' work, you may also want to take a look at "How to tackle a review."

Language Coordinators

The OTP uses Amara as a subtitling tool. You will find a guide to using the interface here.

This Wiki

This wiki is an essential tool for TED Translators. Both the general section (i.e. the pages in English) and the language-specific sections are meant to be used and written by OTP Translators. Please check them regularly, they contain useful information. And please help making this wiki even more useful by expanding it.
