Hoe ik dit gedaan heb
Wikipedia praktische instructies
Kadertje voor de portal
- Eerst prentje inladen
- dan verwijzing naar prentje inlassen op Template:Portal/Images/Nederlands, ZONDER RECHTE HAKEN of file: !!
Portal page aanmaken
- Met de template box portal skeleton
- Vervolgens box header en box footer verfraaien
- dit moet in Template:Nederlands/box-header als tekst (en NIET in Portal:Nederlands/box-header!! staat fout in de instructies op Wikipedia, opgelet; kleine en grote letters voor box-header zijn ook belangrijk)

Categorieën
- Zorgen dat alles goed aan elkaar hangt
- Tree lukt voorlopig niet, extensie voor nodig
- in de TEMPLATE schrijven, niet in het gewone doc!!

- Template simpel houden, in de template schrijven, niet in het doc; link v skeleton volgen
Selected articles
- Portal:Foo/Selected article (gewoon doc!!) aanmaken, met numbered subpages-template => daardoor staan er een hoop subpages klaar
- Voor Nederlands: Portal:Nederlands/Selected_article
- De Template:Portal:Nederlands/Selected article hierboven heeft als tekst, {{Random subpage|page=Portal:Nederlands/Selected article|start=1|end=20|seed=2}}
dwz kies een doc uit de subpages, van één tot 10
- Elke subpage-template opvullen met het skelet van "selected article", nl, tussen twee accolades,
